Geração Horizonte Academy

Geração Horizonte Academy is the training and educational innovation unit of Geração Horizonte. It was created to develop skills that are essential to personal, academic and professional life, through the design of educational projects, training programmes and active learning methodologies, promoting an education that prepares children, young people and leaders able to communicate, decide, lead and transform the world around them.

More than delivering training sessions, the Academy sees itself as a space for human development, designed to respond to the concrete needs of people and organisations. Each initiative is built on an educational approach that integrates cognitive, socio-emotional, civic and professional skills, fostering meaningful, applicable and impact-oriented learning.

Our work is developed in close collaboration with schools, higher education institutions, student associations, junior enterprises, youth associations, municipalities, civil society organisations and other entities committed to the development of new generations. Through these partnerships, we seek to create innovative educational responses, adapted to different contexts and able to generate value for the communities they serve.
