7. Recruitment and applications

Whenever Associação Geração Horizonte offers recruitment, volunteering, internship or collaboration opportunities, the personal data submitted by applicants will be processed exclusively for the purpose of reviewing and managing the application.

The purpose of the processing is to review and assess the application and possibly enter into a collaboration, internship, volunteering or employment relationship.

If the applicant is not selected, the data may be kept for a maximum of 12 months after the process closes, for future opportunities matching the applicant's profile. After that period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

  • Internally, by employees or authorised persons of Associação Geração Horizonte, strictly as needed to handle requests;
